We are constantly working on ways to bring ION*Biome products to more countries around the world. International shipping is currently available to Australia and New Zealand at a flat rate of $10 for orders over $45 and up to a maximum of 8lbs (approximately three 32oz bottles). Orders under $45 are subject to live-calculated rates from Passport Shipping or our standard DHL shipping rates. Customers in the UK and the EU may order through our UK website:

International orders generally arrive in 4-10 business days, depending on the destination.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Wholesale orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning that the buyer is responsible for paying all customs clearance fees, duty, and tax at the time the shipment arrives at Customs in the destination country.

International Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is simple. For both US and international orders, we offer a 100%, 60-day, money-back guarantee on your first bottle purchased (any size) from our website. See below for further details.

Refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs. Refunds will not be given on shipping charges for orders seized by Customs. We take care to ensure that we are shipping international orders in compliance with the regulations of the destination country in order to provide our customers with the best experience possible, but ultimately the importer (customer) is responsible for abiding by import regulations in their country. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
US Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders shipped to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders shipped to US territories will be subject to our international $10 flat rate or DHL shipping rates. For expedited shipping costs on domestic orders, please see below.
How are my orders shipped?
In the US, we ship FedEx and USPS for most efficient delivery; USPS only for PO Box addresses. For international orders, we ship with DHL and Passport Shipping. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships, allowing you to track your order on either the FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Passport websites. We try our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days, but for remote locations or during holiday periods, delivery may take a week or more.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order with ION*Biome, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How can I check my order status?
Please refer to the tracking links in the email you received with your shipment information to track delivery of your package.
Can you expedite my order?
We do offer expedited or rush shipping at an additional charge for domestic shipments. We do not offer expedited shipping internationally. Expedited shipping means orders placed by 12:00 noon EST will ship the same business day, two-day FedEx service (business days only).
